This food chain has gone downhill. All they do is beg for tips for carry out service. No concern to orders being completed correctly or guest needs in general. No thanks for their business. Just are you leaving a tip for carry out! I am not longer a customer and spreading the word!
ID’d at 65? Goodbye Olive Garden. What you permit you promote. The Olive Garden in Norman sorely misses the point of liquor laws. We don’t eat there often but thought we’d give them a try tonight. They are consistent in having good food, great salad and fresh bread. It is unfortunate however that their service and management are so hit and miss. Tonight my wife and I were asked to show our ID after ordering a glass of wine. Refusing, the manager came out to explain the Able Commission guidelines and their concern for the prevention of selling alcohol to minors, which clearly we are not. It had been years since I was asked to show an ID at a restaurant here in Norman or OKC. Naturally, we left. Yes, we could have simply shown our drivers licenses but that would be promoting a policy of foolishness. Had we looked anywhere within 10 years of 21 I would happily have complied but not when I am forced to prove the obvious in order to receive the privilege of dining at a restaurant already having a poor track record. Thankfully, we have numerous sensible restaurants in town, one of which we are enjoying this evening... wine and all.

Service is not good at all, nor is it busy for the service to be lagging the way it is. I would not come eat here again and will not be recommending.
Excellent service last night for birthday party. Location was in Lake City, FL. Staff went out of there way to accommodate us (big party). Not to mention they were pretty busy overall as well. Hats off to the manager working on duty and the entire waitstaff. Great job!
Went to Olive Garden in Owings Mills, MD to celebrate my nieces birthday. Could tell the food is now processed and just heated up. Chicken patties instead of fresh pieces of chicken for the chicken parm and other chicken dishes. The place was almost empty, and the service was very slow. Had to ask for refills several times before getting them. For the money we spent, I would have picked a better place to go. So sad to see this place go down hill. Used to be Great!!!
Was eating at Olive Garden. Just as I was finishing my meal, my husband saw a large bug crawling behind me. I notified management, she came over and said, “the bug man was here a few days ago.” And said, “I am sorry.” That was it. No offer to comp bill at all. Not very good.
Me and my husband about once a month treat ourselves to Olive Garden, tonight was the night. We were looking forward to it, because of the pandemic we get curbside. We ordered chicken Parmesan and replace the spaghetti with fettuccine alfredo, when my husband got home it was chicken alfredo. We called and were told the manager was busy and Lanetta G offered to help we explained this has happened before and at 7:30 at night we weren't going to come back out.
Since this exact thing has happened before when we placed our order we were very careful to make sure that the person taking our order understood what we wanted. Lanetta said she would speak to the manager and send us a complimentary discount by email and if we didn't get it by a certain time to call back, so we did. When we called back she said that we didn't order what we said and the girl that took our order said so. First, in our 70s life is too short to spend it being told I'm lying, second what happened to customer service? We always tip extremely well and don't expect special treatment, but is it too much to ask to get what you pay for. I was so angry that I told her to forget it and that we would take our business elsewhere. Olive Garden used to be a nice place for this old couple to go now they just treat you badly. I'm sure loosing us isn't a big deal to them but if they do this to us they must do it to others.
We work at Scott Airforce base and 20 yes retired AF and retired law enforcement and work for the Federal government now, I think all of our years in public service and serving our country would afford us a little common courtesy. Thank you Olive Garden in the wonderful city of Fairview Heights Illinois your manager is a real stand up guy.
Very bad service. We didn't even have forks to eat our salads. Took our food coming out to get them. And that was about a 30 minute wait. Never going back
Decided to order for pick-up... Finally came,15 minutes after the promised time. The steak in my steak Alfredo was tough (cold!), and the fettuccine were also cold and hardened (microwaved), and showed no signs of Alfredo sauce. And my husband tipped $20.00 on a $64.00 order. Sad...

I brought my family to the Olive Garden and said very loudly, “When you’re here, you’re family! Even though we already are family!” A manager approached me and said the slogan had actually changed and now it was “Go, Olive Garden” and that in Olive Garden no one is technically family anymore. Then he forced me to sit at a different table from my wife and kids and limited me to only 9 breadsticks.
Two stars because the ravioli made me cūm.
Our meals were not worth what we paid. I was disappointed that the chicken for my chicken marsala was breaded.
My boyfriend had seafood linguine, too spicy.
Big thank you to Elena server from El Paso Texas Olive Garden Resturant on Airways El Paso Texas she was very friendly and very professional I enjoy going to that Resturant because they have it very clean and organized and all staff very friendly 5 stars ⭐️ to Airway El Paso Texas Resturant
